    1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup Udo's Oil
    1 tsp Maple syrup
    1/2 tso Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Onion powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1 You see it as one of the first ingredients in many unhealthy salad dressings because it is so cheap.

    This is one of the main reasons why soybean oil is used in so many store bought salad dressings.

    If your goal is weight loss, stop consuming salad dressings that contain soybean oil . The best thing you can do is stop buying store bought salad dressings and start making your own.

    Store bought salad dressings are filled with fattening ingredients such as:

    - High fructose corn syrup (also known as glucose-fructose)
    - Soybean oil and refined canola oil.

    Even if the front of the package says, “Made with Olive Oil”, always look at the back to ensure it is the main oil used The olive oil is often a secondary ingredient found in very small amounts.

    And finally, I don’t buy pre-packaged dressing because it is so easy to make your own healthy salad dressing recipe.

    I’d be willing to bet a good portion of the salad dressings in your fridge contain this ingredient:
